Dynamic Balancing (ISO1940-1)

Dynamic balancing services is nothing new for any rotating equipment guy. In fact, Imbalance of rotating components is one of the most common sources of machine faults in rotating assemblies. An uneven distribution of the mass causes centrifugal force, vibration, and noise during rotation, which become stronger and more uncomfortably noticeable at higher speeds. BESPL uses calibrated Schenck balancing machines, equipped with state-of-the-art sensors and computerize measurement system, capable of correction result down to milligram of unbalance for the rotor. Rotors are handled by our trained and certified technician, results in G6.3, G2,5 or G1.0 standard in accordance with ISO1940-1 requirements.
