Delivery charges for order made from online store

Upon confirmation of orders, we will send you an offical invoice for payment advise. There would be no charges for island-wide delivery for orders made above S$200.00

How long does it takes to deliver?

We do keep stock of most of the listed items, usually within 3 days. However stock varies from time to time. We will contact you for clairifcation if there’s a deviation of delivery lead time. Rest assure, all these will be aligned prior to payment.

What excatly happends after ordering?

We will process your order by generating our invoices to request for payment. Upon receiving payment, we will then arrange for deliver to your door step.  

Do I receive invoice for my order? How do I make payment?

An invoice will be sent to your email / whatsapp account. There would be bank information for internet banking / paynow etc. hence it’s important for you to leave us your contact information

Are there warranty of product?

We provides 6months warranty for services we provide. All material comes with manufacturer’s mill cert – which can be provided upon request.

Can I mix shop product and other services provided at Byron?

Yes certainly, feel free to reach out to us via any channel available. We will respond to your enquiry within the day.
